Do you have what it takes to be one of us? We are now looking for highly energetic individuals that wants to spend a few months up in the Italian Alps, mostly spent skiing with guests. You will work with a crew at Hotel Millefiori, where you will spend time with your colleagues and take care of guests during the day and evening. Alpine Event is a unique project, where Millefiori is the cornerstone of it. We wanted to create a place that would feel like family for all our guests. People come and spend time with each other, get to know one another and ski together with people they have never met before. It is certainly unique, but has been hugely successful with our clients. This may be very different than what you would come to expect of a hotel. But, if it is easier you may see Millefiori as an adventure travel agency that has a hotel it uses to bring people together.

What can we offer you? 5 or 3 amazing months in the Italian Alps! We will provide you with a seasonal skipass that you may use in Zermatt, Cervinia & Valtournenche. You will be able to explore the whole mountain and become an amazing skier (or snowboarder?!). We'll of course provide you with skiing gear as the hotel has its own shop. So, if you are an off-pist skiier you will love our DPS stash. Housing and all meals are included for the entire time you are here. We have a separate house for employees so you all get a place away from the hotel where you can hang out on your free time. We'll pay for your flights down here, as well as flights for a trip back home when you just need to get away for a bit. Salary wise you'll recive 4,000 Euros for the whole season (December - April) that you may save during your time with us.

Who are you? You've worked in customer service before, however we are quite open with how. As long as you have patience and can keep up a positive attitude you should do fine. You are more extroverted, as much of your time will be spent with other employees and guests. You have enough energy to get through the day. That is, you don't mind going up early spending the whole day up in the mountains guiding guests and then helping out with dinners and breakfast at the hotel. To find this experience rewarding, you have to like to ski or snowboard. Otherwise it may be tedious work for you. However, you don't have to be a master at skiing, if you can ski down a red slope then we believe you'll progress during your time here. Last requirement is a drivers licens and the ability to speak English or Swedish. If you like to work with Social Media/photography then that is a huge plus!
